The sites in more detail

Eaglesham North

The council's main growth area for Eaglesham: about 360 homes built in three phases from 2028, with a new green network, a community hub and a village green, on green belt land either side of Glasgow Road.

Holehouse Road

Up to 100 homes on 5 hectares of green belt at Holehouse Road, on the edge of the conservation village.

Waulkers Loan

Up to 200 homes on 9 hectares of green belt at Waulkers Loan, beside Eaglesham Primary School and the conservation village.
